The windows overlook our attractive garden and there is a patio area set- aside for the use of guests. We operate a NO SMOKING policy within our apartments.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the full rent for the period of letting, which should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. The property, all utensils and equipment must be left in a clean condition at the conclusion of let. If for any reason beyond the owner’s control (for example: fire, damage, sale of property and illness) all monies paid by the guest shall be returned in full but the guest will have no further claim against the owner.

The acceptance of the property by guests will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions.
